Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AI Elite Mastery Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202101038127) (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of www.aielitegroup.com(the “Site”) and our EliteClass programs and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, contacting us, or purchasing any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Service.

• EliteClass means any AI training program, masterclass, workshop, or related learning experience offered by AI Elite Mastery, whether live, recorded, online, or in-person.
• Course Materials means all content provided as part of an EliteClass, including recordings, slides, notes, prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, frameworks, and any other materials we make available to enrolled participants.
• Participant means a person enrolled in an EliteClass.
• User means anyone who accesses the Site, with or without enrolling in an EliteClass.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in an EliteClass or to enter into a binding contract with us. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We provide AI training programs designed for business owners, marketers, creators, and professionals. The exact format, duration, content, schedule, and instructors of each EliteClass are described on the relevant program page on our Site at the time of enrolment.

We may, from time to time, modify the format or content of an EliteClass to improve quality or to adapt to operational needs. Where such changes are material, we will notify enrolled Participants in good time.

• All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Payment must be received in full before your enrolment is confirmed and before the onboarding process begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers; their terms and security standards apply to the payment transaction itself.
• Cancellations, refunds, transfers, and deferrals are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• We may withhold or revoke access to the Services if payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received in full.

All content on the Site and within the Course Materials — including text, graphics, logos, prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, recordings, software, frameworks, and methodology — is owned by AI Elite Mastery Sdn Bhd or our licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual-property laws.

Personal licence to Course Materials. When you enrol in an EliteClass, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Course Materials solely for your own personal or internal business learning. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or share the Course Materials, recordings, prompt libraries, templates, or playbooks with any third party.
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise any part of the Course Materials.
• Use the Course Materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine-learning model, dataset, or competing training product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Record, screen-capture, or rebroadcast live sessions without our prior written consent.

The licence granted to you terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course Materials in such cases without refund.

When using the Site or Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other Users’ accounts.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to overload, disrupt, or impair its security.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another participant, instructor, or staff member.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site or Services to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, without limiting any other rights we may have.

Our Site and Services may include links to or use of third-party websites and platforms (such as payment processors, video conferencing tools, cloud storage). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party’s own terms.

Our EliteClass programs share knowledge, frameworks, and tools that have worked for us and our students. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, professional, or personal outcome from your participation.

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Elite Mastery, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Elite Mastery, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, or if doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or other Users.

On termination, your right to access the Course Materials ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
