1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by AI Elite Mastery Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202101038127) (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our EliteClass programs, masterclasses, online and in-person training, and bundled toolkits or templates sold via www.aielitegroup.com or any of our authorised payment channels.
By completing payment for any of our services, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of this policy:
- EliteClass means any AI training program offered by AI Elite Mastery, whether live, recorded, online, or in-person.
- Cohort means a specific scheduled run of an EliteClass with defined start and end dates.
- Onboarding means the process of being formally enrolled in a cohort. The onboarding process is considered completed when any one of the following has occurred — whichever is earliest:
- You have been granted access to the course portal, recordings, or member area.
- You have received the welcome pack, prompt library, templates, or any other course materials.
- You have attended any portion of a live session of your enrolled cohort.
- Class Commencement Date means the published start date of your enrolled cohort.
3. Refund before onboarding (full refund)
You are entitled to a full refund of fees paid if you request a refund before the onboarding process has been completed (as defined in section 2).
To qualify, you must email us a written refund request from the same email address used at the time of payment. Refund requests received before onboarding completion will be approved without question.
4. No refund after onboarding is completed
Once the onboarding process has been completed (as defined in section 2), the fees paid become non-refundable. This is because, at this point, you have already received access to materials and intellectual property that cannot be returned.
This applies regardless of whether you continue to attend live sessions, complete the course, or use the materials. We strongly encourage you to confirm your availability and commitment before the onboarding process begins.
Important: Onboarding may begin within minutes or hours of your payment being confirmed. If you have any doubts about your participation, please contact us before completing payment.
5. If we cancel a class
In the rare event that AI Elite Mastery cancels a cohort or postpones a class beyond a reasonable period, you are entitled to:
- A full refund of fees paid for that cohort, or
- At your choice, a credit transfer to a future cohort of equal or greater value (with any difference invoiced separately).
We will notify affected students by email as soon as practicable and process the chosen option within the timeframe set out in section 10.
6. Transferring your seat to another person
You may transfer your enrolled seat to another person at no additional cost, subject to the following:
- The request must be made in writing to us no later than three (3) calendar days before the Class Commencement Date.
- The new participant must provide their full name, contact details, and any onboarding information we reasonably require.
- The new participant must agree to our Terms of Use and this policy.
- Once a transfer is approved, the original participant’s seat is released and the refund/transfer rights set out in this policy apply only to the new participant.
7. Deferring to a later cohort
You may defer your enrolment to a future cohort, subject to the following conditions:
- The deferral request must be received at least seven (7) calendar days before the Class Commencement Date of your originally enrolled cohort.
- Each enrolment may be deferred once. Further deferrals are at our sole discretion.
- You must enrol in a new cohort within twelve (12) months of the original Class Commencement Date, subject to availability.
- If the new cohort has a higher fee, you will be invoiced for the difference. If lower, no refund of the difference will be made.
Deferral requests received after the seven-day window may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of medical emergency, bereavement, or comparable hardship, and may require supporting documentation.
8. Corporate clients & private cohorts
For private cohorts, custom corporate training engagements, or any program contracted under a separate agreement, the cancellation and refund terms are set out in the relevant signed contract or quotation between us and the corporate client.
The terms in this policy do not override any specific terms agreed in writing for corporate engagements. If there is a conflict, the signed contract prevails.
9. How to request a refund, transfer, or deferral
To submit a request, please email us with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used at the time of payment.
- The name and date of the EliteClass / cohort you enrolled in.
- Your payment reference or invoice number.
- The type of request: refund, seat transfer, or deferral.
- For seat transfers: the new participant’s full name and contact details.
- For deferrals: the cohort you wish to move to (if known).
Send your request to contact@aielitegroup.com. We will acknowledge receipt within two (2) working days.
10. Refund processing time & method
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of approval and returned via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Where this is not possible (for example, an expired card), we will arrange an alternative method by mutual agreement.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and may take additional working days beyond our processing time. AI Elite Mastery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Bank transaction fees, payment-gateway fees, and currency-conversion charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
11. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Any digital materials, prompt libraries, templates, or playbooks already delivered to you.
- Any portion of an EliteClass already attended.
- Bank fees, payment-gateway fees, and currency-conversion charges.
- Promotional bonuses, free add-ons, or services bundled at no extra charge.
